Anushka Sharma is a Bollywood actor as well as a producer. She has won many acting awards and is one of the actors with the highest salaries. Nush is her clothing brand designed for women. In addition, she serves as an ambassador for Nush and also owns various other brands. Her work has also earned her an appearance prominently in Forbes Magazine. Anushka Sharma was born on May 1, 1988 in Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. Her parents were Kumar Sharma & Ashima Sharma. Anushka's father, a former colonel is Anushka. and her mother works as a housewife. The elder brother of Anushka Karnesh Sharma was in the Merchant Navy and now is an independent film maker. Anushka has completed her studies at Army School in Bangalore, followed by an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) at Mount Carmel College. Anushka possesses a Master in Arts (Economics). Anushka Sharma was not looking to become an actress. Instead She wanted to turn into a fashion model or writer. Anushka completed her degree in Mumbai she enrolled in Elite Model Management. She was taught by stylist Prasad Bidapa. Anushka was chosen for the show by Wendell Rodricks as the final model for his Les Vamps Show, which was held at Lakme Fashion Week in 2017. Anushka Sharma has participated in several brand campaigns since she made her Lakme Fashion Week debut. These include campaigns for Fiat Palio and Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka started giving auditions for film alongside her modelling. Anushka Sharma made her acting debut in the 2008 movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi featuring Shah Rukh Khan. To get ready for the test on screen, she spent the whole day. She was later contracted to do three movies with the Yash Raj Films label. The role she played was that of a younger wedding bride to a middle-aged actor (Shah Rukh Khan) in the movie. The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka appeared alongside Shahid Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das, and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 movie "Badmash Company". The film received mixed praises. The same year Anushka Sharma appeared in the film "Band Baaja Baaraat' alongside Ranveer Singh where she played an upper-middle class Punjabi girl who launches her own business of wedding planning. It received favorable reviews and proved to be an overnight success. Anushka's contract to make three films with Yash Raj Films was completed with Band Baaja Baaraat.
