Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani's birthplace in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976 is one of greatest and most rich Reggae singers. He was a member of Shottas together with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani joined Shang Records and recorded his debut album, called like Father Like Son. This was followed by several singles, including Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap fit (remix) as well as Sensimelia. These all helped to establish Ky-Mani's status as a new reggae musician. Ky-Mani and Praswell from the Fugees formed a band in 1997 and recorded Avenue which was a cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was the first musician to play in Midem in Miami the world's largest showcase of music. Marley performed a set live in the Cameo Theatre, which was broadcasted by Caribbean News Agency across 36 nations. Marley was at the center of auction warfare. The singer joined Gee Street/V2 Records where in 1997 he worked with P.M. Dawn on the single Gotta be Movin On Up. H
